By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:
1. Ordering & Delivery

Please place your order at least 24 hours before your desired delivery date.

Our delivery window is 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Cairo local time).

We cannot guarantee specific delivery times but will do our best to accommodate requests.
2. Flower Selection & Availability

Flowers are subject to seasonal availability.

We may make substitutions if a specific flower is not in stock, but we always keep the style and value of your order intact.

If major changes are needed, weāll try to contact you before arranging the order.
3. Changes & Cancellations

To cancel or modify your order, please email us at hello@botanikastore.com as soon as possible.

We can only cancel or change orders that havenāt yet been arranged.

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment.
4. Complaints & Replacements

If youāre not satisfied with your order, let us know within 24 hours of delivery.

Weāll replace the item or suggest another solution based on the case.

Since we work with fresh flowers, any replacement is at our full discretion.
5. Personal Information

We respect your privacy. Your information will never be shared with third parties unless required to process your order or by law.
6. Prepaid Flower Subscription Terms

Subscription plans are paid in full upfront at the time of purchase.

Payment confirms your selected subscription duration (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, 6 months).

All payments are non-refundable once the first delivery is processed.

Deliveries take place weekly or biweekly based on the subscription plan you choose.

Delivery days are either Mondays or Wednesdays between 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM (Cairo local time)

If a delivery date falls on a national holiday, weāll notify you of the revised schedule.

You may skip one delivery per subscription cycle (e.g., once per 4-week plan).

You must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.

Skipped deliveries can be rescheduled but not refunded.

If you need to change your delivery address, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.

Address changes outside of our delivery zones may result in cancellation or additional fees.

Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable once the first delivery has been made.

You may cancel before the first delivery for a full refund.
-
After the first delivery, cancellations will not result in refunds, but we may offer store credit for any undelivered boxes (at our discretion).

Flowers are subject to seasonal availability.

We reserve the right to make substitutions while maintaining the value and style of the subscription box.
