Flower subscription boxes

We've compiled our most asked questions about our flower subcriptions and answered them all here! 

At Botanika, we provide a range of fresh flower options for each box: the Classic features fewer stems of mostly local blooms, ideal for smaller vases and budget-friendly. The Deluxe boxes contain more stems and a mix of local and imported flowers, while the Premium boxes showcase mainly imported blooms and perfect for larger arrangements.

We love surprising you with a uniquely designed flower bouquet crafted from our seasonal blooms. Our flowers are shipped fresh and tend to have a longer lifespan. While you may not have the option to select specific flowers, rest assured that we carefully choose the freshest option for your delivery date. Each flower box is created with the latest floral trends in mind and personalized to offer a distinctive look you won't find elsewhere whether it's Classic, Deluxe, or Premium. Yes absolutely! A flower subscription is a perfect gift for a loved one. You can choose how long you want them to receive bouquets and when they will receive them. The recipient can make changes to their order deliveries by reaching out to us at hello@botanikastore.com

Our weekly boxes are delivered on Mondays or Wednesdays. Get ready to start your week or midweek with a beautiful bouquet!

One-off boxes are typically delivered within 3-5 working days. If you need an expedited delivery, please contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

While flowers from supermarkets and shops wait to be purchased, ours are freshly cut and delivered to you in bud or mid-bloom.

Our flowers should last between 5-7 days. Some flowers naturally have a longer vase life than others. So not all your blooms will last the same amount of time. We suggest pulling out any wilting flowers from your vase as time passes, this will help keep the fresher flowers alive for longer. Trimming the ends of the stems regularly, changing the water daily and keeping your flowers in a cool and dry spot will also help them last longer.

Yes, you can pause your subscription any time after your first subscription. Contact us at hello@botanikastore.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

We recommend using a vase with a top opening of 10-12 cm for the Classic and Deluxe bouquets. For Premium bouquets, we recommend a vase with an opening of 12-15 cm. The height of the vase can be based on your preference, but we suggest using one that is ideally 20 cm tall.

Returns and exchanges

To address any feedback or concerns about your order, please contact us at hello@botanikastore.com for support.

If you're not happy with the freshness of the received blooms, please email us on hello@botanikastore.com within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the flowers. We will offer a replacement on our next delivery date, or process a refund.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to any damages during delivery or if the bouquet did not arrive, we guarantee a full refund. Please inform us within 24 hours after the delivery date if you have any complaints about your order. We'll replace the bouquet or find another solution depending on the case. If your order has been canceled, kindly allow 14 days for the refund to take place.
